Fees are in US dollars. Your written proposal confirms scope, schedule, payment terms, and applicable taxes.
Hosting, software subscriptions, and model or API usage are additional and estimated before work begins.
Historical data cleanup, additional integrations, expanded interfaces, and new features are quoted separately.
Optional care covers only systems we built, within an agreed maintenance allowance. Emergency and round-the-clock support are not included.

Integration quality, data cleanup, access controls, the interface required, and the exceptions a workflow must handle affect the work. We review these before agreeing on a fixed scope and fee. Larger or unusual requirements receive an individual quote.

Is ongoing care required?

Care is optional and available for systems North Standard built. It covers monitoring and maintenance within the agreed allowance. New features, broader workflows, and additional integrations are quoted separately.

Are software and AI usage included?

Hosting, subscriptions, and model or API usage are separate from build and care fees. We identify the expected running costs and account ownership during scoping so you can review them before committing.
